Should there be an age limit on the Presidency? ?
The Constitution requires a President to be 35 years or older. Experience is never mentioned. Not every senator could run for the Presidency because the native born requirement does not hold for the Senate.
Due to advances in modern medicine people do live longer, however, medicine has not made the same progress in stopping mental deterioration, so Alzheimers and other diseases of age are more prevalent. Should there be a standard "upper age" limit for the office?
Why, and if so, how would that age be determined?

Caring for family members with Alzheimer’s disease
Families are required to make tough decisions about the care of their loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease, from deciding when it’s time to take the car keys to dealing with wandering and catastrophic reactions. Here are some clips from “Interacting with Alzheimer Patients: Tips or Families and Friends,” a 2-program series, created with Alzheimer’s expert Dr. Peter V. Rabins.

Can i seek legal action?
My uncle has ALS and needs everyday attention for his needs at home, which is ok for the matter that he would have 1 to 2 years left at the least as he continues to get the right help at home, his caretaker is his wife but she is unable to do it as she had surgery herself, so they setup a so called plan with a nearby hospice, where they would give her a 5 day break from the caretaking, while in the meantime his wife trys to find alternative help after hes released in the 5 days. Now while he is at the hospice, hes in some pain from the ALS, so they give him some medicine which i truly believe is a form of morphine, which knocks him in a vegetable state for the most part. The pain medicine he takes at his house does the job for his pain and there was no need for him to need morphine at the hospice ( the hospice did say he was taking the same meds as he was taking at the house, which is a lie because whatever they gave him put him in a vegetable state) , and thus he is in this vegetable state, he only eats once i think, since they cant give him any ivy or he instantly dies, well nonetheless he was only there 3 days and they call us saying he passed away. Now i know they did something there that killed him as he was not on his way out, he was only there because to give his wife a 5 day break from caregiving. I would bet all my money that they gave him a form of morphine which he did not need and of which destroyed him during his 3 days there, and when i say a vegetable state, i mean completly out of it, cant eat, etc. Does it sound like i have a good case, and that i can seek legal action against this hospice?
I mean, is it possible for the wife to seek legal action?

If a healthy person took an Alzheimer's drug?
What would happen if someone without Alzheimer’s took an Alzheimer’s drug, used to treat it?
I’m curious because I was watching House and he took some Alzheimer’s medicine to help him recover memories he lost from a concussion. I am kind of doubting that they would work that way, but i’m still wondering if they would.
(And no I’m not planning on taking any Alzheimer’s drugs, I’m not an idiot =.=)

why are people who call themselves 'pro-life' against stem cell research?
don’t they want to save lives?? isn’t that the point?? the embryos used in STR were going to be destroyed anyway. i would think a person labeled ‘pro-life’ would be supportive of a medicine that can cure some of the world’s most devastating diseases (cancer, alzheimer’s, parkinson’s, spinal cord trauma, diabetes, liver disease, etc.)
just trying to get people to understand their own labels
