Are these signs of early dementia or alzheimer's?

I am a shy and reserved person, I have been an immigrant in a country for almost 10 years, I live in fear and self doubt all the time, I over analyze my actions and situations all the time, I have strange questions like how do people use their brains and bodies without completely understanding how their brains and bodies work and I try to analyze that which leads to a lot of awkwardness when I am in public, I feel afraid to ask anyone about this problem since I thought they wouldn’t take it seriously and laugh, I feel nervous when I am in class and don’t get the good grades I used to get, I don’t attempt things I used to attempt before or tackle challenges like before, I am more reserved now than before, I live in fear and doubt and worry, I have found that I am not that good at things that I was good at before. I was criticized as a child, and ever since my early teens I have struggled with this problem. I read in an article in yahoo which I have included in brackets (http://health.yahoo.net/caring/5-signs-of-alzheimer-s-that-sometimes-show-up-before-memory-loss) that people who don’t attempt to accomplish harder tasks, don’t meet other people often, who are reserved, keep to themselves, forget names and places and peoples names etc are prone to dementia and or alzheimer’s. Should I be worried. If anyone can help me with this problem I would be greatly thankful..
I find myself being absent minded meaning leaving things on the stove and forgetting about them a few times, Its not that I forget people and street names or anything like that, just don’t have the drive that I once had, am unable to make a lot of friends because of being in confident an insecure and being under stress. Maybe I just over analyze and doubt myself too much.

Go for your confidence information and a healthy solution to www.stopsnoringnowshop.com SLEEP APNEA MAY RAISE DEMENTIA RISK, STUDY FINDS Sleep apnea, a fairly common, treatable disorder that causes people to stop breathing momentarily while they sleep, may lead to cognitive impairment and even dementia, according to a new study of elderly women. Women in the study with sleep apnea or other sleep disorders that affected their breathing were much more likely than those with normal sleep habits to develop cognition problems within five years, said researchers at UCSF and California Pacific Medical Center, who published the results in the Journal of the American Medical Association today. Sleep disorders, and sleep apnea in particular, have long been associated with memory loss and dementia in particular, but the study is among the first to strongly suggest that the sleep problems may be a cause – not an effect – of the cognitive impairment. “The extent of information has been limited before, because the studies were based on people with advanced dementia who, surprise, surprise, had sleep problems. It’s been hard to tell what’s the chicken and what’s the

When Reagan was dying from Alzheimer's, was it fair game for the left to joke about him?

I’m just curious, since I’m seeing a lot of righteous indignation from the left when anyone even remotely suggests that taking a shot at Ted Kennedy is off limits. And Reagan didn’t even drive an innocent girl off a bridge, leave her in cold, murky water to die and then lie about the whole thing. Reagan’s worst offense was acting with a monkey as a co-star.
I forgot to mention, I recall many, many jokes about Reagan’s memory loss back in the day from the annointed left. It went like this "Reagan has Alzheimer’s, that explains a lot, blah blah" Ha ha, went the leftists. Poking fun at Killer Ted? Booooooo!!
